Please note that Nuffield Health Chester, makes separate charges for the use of their equipment and the cleaning of the endoscopes used in the procedures above. You will receive an individual invoice directly from the Nuffield Hospital for these items.

A signed insurance claim form, or confirmation of pre-authorisation, is essential for direct settlement. If you did not hand in the form at consultation, please send it to Pamela Lawrence (Mr R Temple’s private secretary) at Nuffield Health Chester, The Grosvenor Hospital, Wrexham Road, Chester, CH4 7QP without delay.

For patients without medical insurance, a fee note will be issued to you after the consultation and a receipt will then be issued after payment.
